La Tana Di Sebastian

A few years back, my wife and I stayed here and had a wonderful time, so we planned to return in June 2022. This time was a letdown. I’d booked months ahead and paid a deposit, but when we arrived and rang the bell, the owner's mother appeared at the window and told us Sebastian's Den was no longer being rented because she lived in the apartment. I didn't know what to do. No one answered when I called, so I tried again, then asked the woman if she could call since I couldn't reach anyone. She kindly did, then handed me the phone. It turned out they weren't expecting us, and she hadn't remembered the booking. She said it was no problem and offered another apartment, saying she had plenty. That was a relief, since it was available, but it wasn't the place we'd wanted. When I opened the shower door, she ran into me. I'd also booked two bicycles, but when they were delivered a saddle fell off and was broken. There were no other bikes available, so we couldn't use any. Basically, a holiday to forget. Sebastian's lair used to be a nice place, but it isn't anymore.
