I stayed four nights for work nearby and was really glad I chose this place. Luca was friendly and helpful from the outset. The property is close to the center, newly renovated, and everything is new and impeccably clean. I slept comfortably, with a choice of pillows, and the sheets and towels smelled lovely. There’s a large shower, plenty of bathroom storage, a big closet, desk and chair, and a comfortable armchair. The windows have mosquito screens, the room has its own air conditioning, and the bathroom has independent heating. Guests share a fully equipped kitchen, plus an indoor lounge with a sofa and TV. Outside there’s a garden patio with armchairs. Private parking is right by the door, and the entrance is separate. I felt right at home. Thanks, Luca!

The garden was a lovely place to sit, have coffee or a meal, or step out for a cigarette without standing in the street. The shared kitchen is there for anyone who wants to cook, and water was always available, something I hadn’t found at other places. Breakfast was simple but generous, with lots of little things including homemade desserts. I also appreciated that it was flexible, with no need to come down by a set time like 10 a.m. We spent three days here and had everything close by. The stay was perfect for us. I’d gladly recommend it and come back.

Breakfast had a generous range, and everything was spotlessly clean. We were welcomed so warmly that we felt comfortable straight away. The B&B itself is lovely, with care given to every detail and a cozy, inviting feel. It’s a real gem, run with passion and attention.

Luca and Sonia deserve congratulations for the thoughtful details and spotless cleanliness. Breakfast came with plenty of treats, and the comfort throughout made simplicity feel like a luxury. A lovely find in the Campidano Oristano area, about 15 minutes from the coast and close to the island’s main roads. Highly recommended.

It felt like home in this new, charming, spacious place, and the location is strategic. The host was attentive and around when needed, with suggestions for sights, beaches, and restaurants. Luca even arranged a gluten-free breakfast for me, including homemade treats.
