The room itself was okay, and the staff were pleasant. It's also near a Metro station. But our two-night stay in Oct 2025 was badly disrupted by major reconstruction in the apartment next door. On Friday we were woken by loud hammering and drilling at 8 am, then it started again at 8.30am on Saturday and carried on through the day. The workmen were rude when we complained, saying construction can start at 8am in Italy. This apartment shouldn't have been rented while work is going on in the building. There was protection over the carpets, and the construction could continue for several months. The air con in our room wasn't working properly and needed a re-gas. We also couldn't leave our luggage for early check-in or late check-out, so we had to take it to an office a few blocks away.

The location was good, the bed comfortable, and check-in and checkout were quick. The shower was the problem. It was very unhygienic and needs serious renovation, with mould across the walls and floor because they're painted instead of tiled. Earlier reviews make it sound like this has been an ongoing issue without a fix.

Brera is a great location, close to the central sights and Sempione park. The place was bright, cosy, and very clean. A special thank you to the welcoming staff, who went beyond what I expected to make the stay pleasant and unforgettable. I'd be happy to come back!

I loved this apartment so much. It had everything I needed, and there were lots of bars just a few minutes away.

Great location, with an elevator, a kitchen, and a clean, modern bathroom. The service was nice, and the place was clean.
