Antonella was a wonderful host, always quick to reply, helpful, and very accommodating. The kite beach and a small supermarket are both about a five-minute walk away. There are three rooms in the building, sharing a kitchen. We stayed downstairs in the large Frederico II room, with a double bed, sofa, table, two chairs, and private bathroom. Everything felt new and clean. The highlight was the lovely roof terrace, with sea views, places to sit, and sun loungers. I could keep my kite gear in a separate toilet. Great accommodation in a fantastic location, highly recommended!

The owner was kind, easy to reach by phone, and always ready to help with anything. The new building feels modern and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and carefully maintained, making us comfortable right away. It's also a handy base for driving to nearby towns and places of interest. We had a pleasant stay and I highly recommend it.

We stayed in the Tancredi apartment, which has a panoramic terrace with a table and loungers. Antonella, the owner, was friendly and always available. The property is brand new and furnished with real care for the details. Several beaches with all the usual facilities are nearby, and a car makes it easy to get to the area's attractions. The docks for motorboats and rental boats to Favignana, Levanzo, and Mozia are close by too. I highly recommend it!

We were welcomed by the owner, who was polite, kind, and professional. The newly renovated apartment in Marsala's Stagnone area was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Upstairs was the double bedroom, its own bathroom, and a small walk-in closet, with private access to the terrace overlooking the Stagnone. The first floor had the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and sofa bed. There's dedicated parking right outside. Excellent value for money. Recommended.
