The hotel was fine for sleeping and breakfast, but being so remote made the stay limiting, and I wouldn't return. You'll need a car to get anywhere. Food and drinks cost three to four times what they do elsewhere, so we avoided the bar and found the €50-per-person wine tasting hard to justify compared with nearby wineries. We tried dinner once: my steak was truly terrible, the worst I've ever had, and the prices were insanely high. Breakfast, on the other hand, had lots of high-quality choices, though wasps swarming the area were the only downside, and not really something the hotel could control. Our room was spacious and comfortable with nice amenities, and there was a bottle of wine on arrival. The staff were lovely and attentive.

The room and property were lovely, and breakfast was excellent, especially the freshly cut fruit. My main gripe was the coffee: the servers kept taking it to the wrong table, and the self-serve coffee wasn't very good. I care about my coffee. Dinner's chicken was dry and didn't have enough sauce, though the sides were excellent and so was dessert. I would love a walking trail.

The resort was one of the best parts of our two-week road trip through Sicily. The grounds and views are lovely, the service is excellent, and the restaurant has professional service. Breakfast was over the top. There are many rooms with lovely views; ours looked out at the back of the property. It wasn't bad, just not special, and I'm sure we booked one of the less expensive rooms.

We were lucky to attend a destination wedding at Baglio Oneto. The food, accommodations, location, and service were first class, and everyone working there went above and beyond to make it memorable for everyone. Can't say enough good things about the place.

There are so many corners across the hotel grounds that we never felt crowded, and the views are gorgeous. We really enjoyed the wine tour and tasting, and the staff made our stay lovely. The rooms feel like good value for this level of hotel, though drinks are priced far too high. We’d love to come back 🥰
