We arrived after booking and paying in advance, only to find the hotel closed. The contact number went unanswered, and nobody replied to our messages. It looked like a building site. We waited an hour, then had to book somewhere else. After a long trip, that was dreadful. Shockingly, it's still advertised as available today even though it clearly isn't. The owner obviously doesn't care about ruining people's holidays and leaving them out on the street. I'm still waiting to see if I'll get my money back. The owner replied below and blamed Expedia, even though the place is listed on several hotel sites. It would've been nice if he'd contacted me before I got there or while I was waiting. Appalling, just blaming someone else!

I come back often when I want to unwind. It's comfortable and quiet, with excellent hospitality. The room was spotless, and breakfast was generous and authentic. Giovanni and Vita were very kind.

We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who was very friendly and gave us a delicious, generous breakfast. The homemade mint and coconut cake was especially good. The farmhouse sits in a quiet spot just a few kilometers from Marsala. Our clean rooms were tastefully furnished and had every comfort. Highly recommended!

The farmhouse is lovingly looked after, with olive groves and Marsala vineyards all around it. Giovanni, the owner, was a wonderful host, welcoming us kindly and always being available. The breakfasts he made were excellent. I highly recommend a stay at Casale Boeo.

Giovanni was a great host, always helpful and doing everything he could to make our vacation easy. He also pointed us to excellent places to eat and visit. Casale Boeo made a perfect base for Marsala, Mazara del Vallo, Trapani, the Egadi Islands, and the nearby beaches. Favignana is only a 30-minute hydrofoil ride away.
