I Tramonti Sul Mare

The owners are the real reason to stay at I tramonti sul mare. Their hospitality and helpfulness feel like the best of Sicilian hospitality. This charming B&B is in the center of Marsala, with simple but tastefully restored rooms, lovely old cement tile floors, and beamed ceilings. Guests can use a fully equipped kitchen for breakfast or a quick meal, and there's a courtyard with tables and umbrellas. Highly recommended! PS for Italian guests: not every room has a bidet, so check when you book.

Mr. Nino and Mrs. Nuccia made us feel completely at home, accommodating our requests and helping with everything. The room was spotless, practical, and had all we needed for a comfortable holiday. Nino was welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. I tramonti sul mare is in Marsala's historic center, which gets very busy in the evenings, and there's a parking lot nearby. Our room's bathroom was too small, though it had everything we needed. We could also use the kitchen, and outside there's a garden where you can relax quietly. I'd recommend it for a short stay.

Nuccia and Nino made us feel at home from the start, with such a warm welcome and a lovely mix of simplicity and professionalism. Nuccia kept the B&B beautifully tidy and detailed, just like the website photos, and brought out magnificent cakes and tarts with homemade jam every morning. She also specially prepared traditional "pane cunzato" (bread and bread) for us. The B&B I tramonti sul mare was recently renovated, welcoming, and well maintained, in a quiet area just steps from Via XI Maggio. The seafront and historic center are only a few minutes away on foot. Nino's invaluable advice helped us make the most of our time and visit practically all of western Sicily, from Palermo to the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, as well as Favignana and the island of Mothia. We also went to the Madonna di Tagliavia festival in a small inland village, with a parade of traditional floats and gifts being thrown.
