4/10
The room was large, with cooking facilities and a very big, new shower. But it gets really hot. There's a fan, though in August temperatures are so high that I think air conditioning is needed to make the room comfortable. Also, the address shown on Google and Booking.com doesn't match where the building actually is. I'd get in touch with the owner before arriving.

10/10
Quiet and close to everything by car, with private parking. The apartment was new, clean, and welcoming, and I got the peaceful rest I was hoping for.

Cleanliness was excellent, and the prices were good.
