A great place for kitesurfers and anyone else. The rooms are comfortable and have private bathrooms, and there’s a shared kitchen, garden and parking. Nice vibe too. Super!

Francesco was a great host and pointed us toward lovely places nearby. They also put out fresh Italian pastries every morning. The place is modern and extremely clean, probably the best spot in town.

We found the property lovely and well cared for, and it was handy to have parking right there during our motorcycle trip. Francesco was friendly and gave us lots of ideas for meals and places to spend the day. Breakfast could use more variety in the food, though there were plenty of drinks. The bathroom door in the garden room barely works as a door: even shut, it doesn’t meet the wall, so there’s little privacy. Apart from those two things, our stay was fine.

Set in a quiet spot near Marsala and the Stagnone lagoon’s kitesurfing areas, this lovely property has four rooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a shared kitchen. Francesco was helpful and cheerful, ready to sort out any problems and share tips on which places to see or skip.

Francesco really makes guests feel at home, and there are fresh croissants for breakfast each morning. The house is inviting, clean and nicely furnished, with a flower-filled garden, parking and somewhere to keep sports gear. A real little gem!
