Nadia was so kind and helpful. She even helped me choose a cake for my son's birthday from miles away. We spent a week with friends at the Cottage degli Ulivi, and it was a lovely retreat. The rooms were clean and full of thoughtful details. There was plenty to keep both adults and children busy, including table football, ping pong, a gym, sauna, and bikes. The large pool was lit up in the evening. We’ll definitely be happy to return.

Umbria is one of Italy’s most beautiful regions, with so many lovely places to visit. The house was comfortable and really nice, and the facilities were amazing. What a wonderful experience in a beautiful place. The only trouble is, you don’t want to leave! I’ll definitely be back. Thank you.

This was my third stay, and the peace and relaxation surrounded by nature keep bringing me back. Nadia is a wonderful host, always available and full of useful tips for exploring the surrounding area.

Nadia handled the booking poorly. I found her unprofessional and felt she didn’t keep her word. She seems to care mainly about how much more she can earn from the foreign market at the expense of the Italian one. It also happens that the online reviews are all from foreigners, especially Dutch.

A clean farmhouse surrounded by greenery, and very well managed. The owner is kind and helpful. A perfect spot for anyone who loves nature, quiet, and relaxation.
