The breakfasts were little works of art, lovely to look at and even better to eat. Tiziana gave us such a kind, attentive welcome, and we had a wonderful four-night stay. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and cozy, while the big living room has a fireplace, sofas, and tables. There’s Wi-Fi, too. In summer, the large outdoor areas with sofas and armchairs must be even nicer. It’s an easy drive to nearby tourist towns, and everything was great. We’ll definitely be back.

We had a very pleasant three-night stay as a couple, with breakfast included. The property is beautiful, with a large, well-kept garden surrounded by greenery, and guests can use the pool whenever they like. The furnished interiors and shared spaces are thoughtfully cared for, and the shared kitchen is always available, with all the appliances you’d need, including a dishwasher. Each well-appointed room has its own bathroom. The cleanliness is one of the real highlights. There are lots of restaurants nearby, plus medieval villages to visit and Lake Bolsena close by. Tiziana is very kind and always available. I’d recommend this place for trips with friends or families with children, too. Thank you, Tiziana, for your kindness and passion for your work!

It’s a very peaceful property and seems well suited to children. There are four spacious, clean rooms, each with its own bathroom. In the morning, the very kind and helpful owner brings out a fresh sweet and savory breakfast. The farmhouse is well placed for exploring Tuscia and is not far from Marta. It has two lovely porches for summer evenings, plus an outdoor area with lounge chairs for sunbathing. There’s plenty of green space and several trees around the property.
