Vanessa House

After a busy day in Venice, we loved returning to the calm of B&B Vanessa House. Elena & Moreno were wonderful hosts, making us feel at home while still giving us all the privacy we wanted. The breakfast spread was out of this world, and the pool was a huge hit with my kids and me. It was comfortably warm too. Highly recommend!!!

I've stayed here again, and the B&B continues to deliver on friendliness, hygiene, comfort and relaxation. Elena & Moreno are incredibly hospitable and go above and beyond to make sure guests can unwind. With just three guest rooms, the place feels peaceful and unobtrusive. It's on a quiet side street, with generous gardens all around the property. The rooms are comfortable, en suite and have TV and A/C. There are plenty of clean towels every day. Breakfast is served on the poolside patio, with home-made jams, bread, cakes, meats, cheese, fruit, and a selection of hot and cold drinks. The lovely pool is cleaned daily, and there are enough sun loungers for everyone. For sightseeing, Venice, Padua and Treviso are all within reach for day trips. You can drive, leaving your car at Mestre station for Venice, or take public transport. There's a bus stop less than two minutes' walk away.

Everything was neat and clean, and Elena and Moreno were SUPER HOSTS, so gracious and always nearby to help with whatever we needed. My wife and I stayed at this Beautiful B&B last October and loved the family and the accommodations so much that we're coming back this October with two friends. We highly recommend Vanessa House for a visit to nearby Venice.

This place went beyond what I expect from a B&B. Each room has its own private entrance, and breakfast is served by the pool. It's on the mainland in a suburb of Venice, but getting there was easy on the 5E bus, which stops very close by. The Venice area travel passes cover the trip to the property. It was easy to reach classic Venice too. Some early morning 5E buses go straight there, or you can simply transfer to another bus or tram.
