With a car, this is a good place to visit from. Everything else was good, but breakfast was just bread and drinks.

Poor communication and a horrible location. I’d give it less than one star if I could. I only kept the reservation because it was non-refundable.

A really nice place, with plenty of space and everything clean. The owner is kind and cultured.

The only downside was no internet and a weak WiFi signal. The property is a 7-8 minute drive from Martina Franca’s center, which suits people planning to travel around. The room was spacious and spotless, the property well maintained, breakfast excellent, and the owner and manager friendly and helpful.

When I called to ask about a table in the room, the man who answered sounded clearly annoyed. He said you can’t eat in the room, but you can sleep, exactly. Not recommended, the courtesy just wasn’t there.
