We ended up cancelling because, after calling over and over, we were worried we’d have nowhere to sleep that night. It was stressful and frustrating, especially since we’d paid in advance and had a confirmed reservation. We started trying to reach the host around 4 PM to check in and make sure everything was okay, but they never answered the phone. I wouldn’t recommend staying here because the communication was so poor and unreliable.

We were travelling with a small child and couldn’t check in because the owner never responded. The location might have been nice, but we had to find somewhere else to stay at the last minute.

Sig, Giuseppe is an incredible host, and the hospitality and interior design are full of thoughtful details made with love. The guest house mixes modern technology with real character, and as a couple we found it a hidden gem in town. The price may look high, but for what you get, it’s actually very good value. It’s not somewhere you’d stay every night, but the special setting is worth every cent. Thanks for everything.
