The staff were so helpful, and the place was amazing for the price. They even told us we could take wine back to our room because, as they put it, we were on holiday. The room looked dated but was very clean, and the shower had great pressure. Lunch by the pool was really good, and guests can play the piano, which made the stay feel special. I did run into a big fuss when I tried to swim without a cap, though I hadn't known that was a rule. I also expected to see more farm life. There was a chicken coop and a donkey, but not much else.

On August 10, we attended a dinner party beside the beautiful pool, under a starry sky, with live music. The elegant atmosphere was fantastic. Attentive staff served traditional fresh food and drinks, making it a night I'll remember for a long time. I'd come back here for a big celebration.

The hotel is spread across its grounds in low buildings, with plenty of places to sit, have a drink, or catch some sun. It's in the countryside, with the national park just over the wall, yet Martina Franca's pretty centre is only a 15-minute drive away. We loved the simple setting, good food, and great pool. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time, and even came to rescue us after we had a car incident on the way there. The only small snag was the air conditioning. Since the buildings are historic, the individual units take a while to cool the rooms, and it was 36 degrees that week. A minor issue overall. Our family highly recommends it.

The views and setting are breathtaking, and it's a quiet place to unwind for a few days. Rooms are simple, with a private patio or outdoor space. There's a large pool, a hot tub, and a shallow section for children. The disappointing part was that the internet didn't work anywhere, and there was no restaurant or coffee shop on site. Still, it's a good spot to enjoy the scenery and peace.

Breakfast was the highlight for me, with a big selection of local treats to choose from. It was all delicious, and anything that ran out was replaced right away. The rooms felt old-fashioned, but they were clean and spacious. The pool was large enough to swim in, with sunbeds both out in the sun and in the shade.
