I feel pretty neutral about the place. There were some good points: communication was good, there was free coffee, and we got a voucher for a breakfast at the café around the corner, with juice, coffee and a croissant. I'd say it was fairly clean, and it was a decent price for somewhere to get a bit of rest, though we didn't get much. It's an older place, and the shower head needs replacing because it was clogged with limescale. The kettle was just as bad, so after making tea once and finding it full of limescale, we stopped using it. One bed was a bit misshapen, leaving one of us sleeping in a dip. It was also noisy: voices from the courtyard came through the window every morning, and one night someone upstairs had a party until 3 a.m. We never met the staff, so I can't comment on them.

The shower was roomy and comfortable, and the room itself felt comfortable too, with a window facing an inner courtyard. It’s on the third floor of an older building with an elevator. The standout is the location, right beside Ottaviano metro station.

I couldn't get through after several calls to the number listed online to book a room. A little later, someone using that same number replied rudely that they couldn't answer and I needed to contact them within three days. My reservation was for a short stay, so waiting that long wasn't possible. They kept responding rudely, saying it was absurd that I'd called so many times and that Rome has hundreds of other properties. If you book with them, keep in mind who you'd be contacting if you need help. Make your own judgment.
