Breakfast was another letdown: coffee was undrinkable, and an egg cost an extra 4-5 euros. The room was smaller than the photos suggested, and the minibar fridge was packed with the hotel's food and drinks, leaving no room even for our water. We had to throw away most of our own food and drinks. We were also told at length that eating or drinking in the room was forbidden. We asked to eat outside and have two plates; at first they said no, then agreed after we pushed. We had brought snacks to enjoy during our stay. From the booking stage, I felt uneasy about the hosts. They messaged me through the booking portal asking for my email to send a “special offer,” then asked for a screenshot of what I had paid. When I questioned that, they said they had prepared a discount on the amount already paid. That felt like a major red flag, since the stay was paid for and it seemed unlikely we'd get cash back at check-in. Their website listed the room at twice the price. I sent the screenshot, but nobody followed up. On WhatsApp, Valeria came across as cold and unfriendly. She said check-in began at 3pm, although the booking details said 2pm. We arrived at 2pm anyway, and she still acted as if she were doing us a favor. The welcome at the hotel was the coldest and least friendly I've experienced. The place was completely empty. We paid hundreds of euros for one night, but I've had more high-end stays at cheap 1-2 star hotels. These hosts seem to have no idea what “luxury” means. The rules made it feel like a military camp. I'd spend the money elsewhere for a stay that actually deserves to be called “luxury.” In response to the owner's feedback: I've traveled all over the world and stayed in hundreds of hotels, and not one has offered a discount after I've already paid. It seems clear why you asked for screenshots of payment made through a third-party portal you don't manage. If you believe other hotels and rentals around the world ban outside food, perhaps you've never left Martina Franca, which would explain your limited understanding of hospitality. Your hotel has no restaurant, and there are no restaurants or supermarkets within walking distance. The “cleaning and washing” of our lunch meant walking 30 steps to pick up two plates. If that's too much, you may want to reconsider your line of work. The table and chairs were already there and were part of the room I paid for. If you advertise a “fridge” as an amenity, customers should have room to use it. Start whatever cases you like. I've saved the public feedback you shared here, and we'll keep reposting it even if you delete it. Your aggressive hostility toward foreigners reflects badly on your business, as does mocking guests for arriving with a supermarket bag, as if that made us unworthy of staying at your very average villa. If you are prejudiced against people from certain backgrounds and keep insulting clients who leave honest negative reviews, your villa has no chance of surviving. You were completely inappropriate and showed very poor taste. This is no way to run a respectable hospitality business.

The location worked perfectly for exploring Puglia, and afterwards we could unwind on the patio or in the hot tub with a glass of local Primitivo. Stefano & family have put a lot of love into this classy, stylish property. They’re gracious hosts.

The aperitif and lunch were delicious, made with fresh ingredients, and served in an atmosphere that felt welcoming right away. Villa Ada has a fantastic pool for relaxing in the sun, and the private jacuzzi felt like our own little escape. My girlfriend and I had an unforgettable time here. Valeria and Stefano are lovely people, always kind and ready to help with whatever you need. Their warmth and attention to detail made us feel thoroughly looked after. There’s a real sense of peace surrounded by nature, and it’s hard to put the beauty of Villa Ada into words. More than just a lovely property, it was an experience full of emotion, relaxation, and humanity. We’ll definitely return.

The room had a minibar with two bottles of wine at reasonable prices, snacks, and a coffee machine with free pods. Valeria was kind and accommodating, and Antonella was friendly and always available. The place itself is very well kept and relaxing. One thing to consider: the private hot tub only ran for 30 seconds before switching off, so we had to keep restarting it. Maybe there’s a way to make the timer longer. We also had an aperitif prepared: two sandwiches, six slices each of capocollo and pancetta, two mozzarella balls, and three slices of Soresina cheese. At €15 each, I felt it was a bit expensive, so I insisted on paying €20 total.
