My wife and I spent a week here and were sorry we couldn’t stay longer. The view was really striking, and the residence is cared for down to every detail, from the parking area and garden to the pool and breakfast room. Our room was spacious, spotless, and practical, with a furnished terrace that made it very comfortable. The owners were warm and thoughtful, always ready to help. We’ll certainly stay here again soon.

The pool was fantastic and breakfast was plentiful. We had a room with a large terrace facing the sea, and the property is kept in excellent shape by Tonino and Silvana, who were wonderful owners. The sea is about a kilometer away, and San Benedetto is roughly 10 kilometers away. The photos had caught our eye when we were choosing among B&Bs, and the place looked beautiful in person too. Congratulations again, Giovanni and Federica, June 10-18. Hope to see you again.

Everything was looked after so carefully, from the lovely pool to the clean, well-organized rooms. My wife and I had a relaxing week in a comfortable, modern setting. The welcome was friendly and professional, and the seaside garden is close to the beach, which took about five minutes to reach by car.

Tonino and Silvana make the place feel almost enchanting, and their care for every detail is amazing. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, and the pool is clean. Breakfast comes with homemade products. Giorgia, their daughter, deserves a special mention for the cappuccinos she makes for us. If you haven’t been here yet, that’s a shame.
