We came as six in September, and the quiet, far-from-the-crowds setting was exactly what we wanted. The facilities were new and clean, and we were comfortable throughout. Gina also made sure the gluten-free member of our group was catered for, while the cats and little doggie Naturalina seemed to adopt us too. Each night we watched ‘sheep TV’ after days spent exploring nuraghe, beaches and towns. The sheep dogs at work, night creatures under the stars, and generous four-course dinners prepared with care made the trip unforgettable. A great place to slow down and experience life in wild Sardinia.

My three-year-old was thrilled to see all the animals here, from sheep and pigs to dogs, cats, chickens and roosters, so it worked really well for kids. The place is surrounded by nature, but still well situated, about an hour from top beaches such as La Pelosa. Our room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Gina and the rest of the staff were lovely, the service was excellent, and I enjoyed her cooking and our chats in my rustic Italian. They were all great hosts. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.
