Rosario is such a wonderful person. The place is beautiful, and the view is amazing.

We were on the first floor, where the apartment had everything we needed, including a kitchen. Rosario was warm, helpful, and friendly throughout. Being right by the sea was a treat: with the balcony door open and the mosquito screen closed, we could hear the water. In the morning, the sunrise was right in front of us, even while we were still in bed. The paid parking is only a two-minute walk away, and the center is just around the corner. Thanks, Rosario, for that lovely experience!

The quiet setting surprised us, especially with the main square only 100 meters away. From the balcony, the sea is right there, and the nearby beaches are about a 10-minute walk. The town itself is charming, with little bars and restaurants serving seafood. Our two-night stay went smoothly: the new apartment was immaculate and everything worked well. Sleeping with the windows open to the sound of the sea was so relaxing. Rosario welcomed us kindly and was always around to answer questions. He also brought delicious homemade cakes for us, then sent us off with a jar of his own jam. A thoughtful touch. We loved this authentic place and would recommend it. Thanks for everything, Rosario. Marzamemi's famous central square is just steps away, and the owner couldn't have been kinder. We stayed in a lovely first-floor apartment, newly furnished and well cared for, with a welcoming feel, a cozy balcony, and a sea view that's hard to forget. Every part of the house is thoughtfully arranged. I'd recommend booking, we had a wonderful stay.
