The place is very dirty. The owners let residents carry on their business inside the building, rest hours aren't respected, and there's noise from morning till night, especially in summer. Police have even raided some of the buildings because they were drug dealing centers.
I've owned an apartment at Perla Verda for over 25 years, and there are so many lovely memories and birthdays tied to the place. Now my girls enjoy playing in and around the pool, even though the water is a bit cold. The apartments are comfortable and well located, the place is truly pleasant, and the neighbors are kind and welcoming. Claudia Basilico
It's a wonderful place for families, and you can build a great relationship with the long-time residents. They're special people. I think we'll stay here for a long time. 😜
I've lived here for 26 years, since it was built, and own a small apartment. There's a lot on site: a tennis court, bocce court, swimming pool, and greenery.
We had a lovely holiday here. The pool wasn't too busy, and the water was very refreshing.
