The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, and the view of Mount Etna was beautiful. Those were the only highlights for me. I was travelling alone and, although the hotel was nearly empty, I was assigned what seemed like the worst room, right by the garage entrance, the waste area gate, and the breakfast room. It almost felt as if being solo was a punishment. Noise woke me around 6 a.m., and I couldn't fall asleep again. The interior design also disappointed me. It was genuinely strange, almost grotesque, and felt like an attempt to make an Italian hotel into a French boutique hotel. The result wasn't elegant or charming, just confusing and kitschy.

The gardens were incredible, with some toys for children and a pool for the warmer months. Breakfast was very nice, the rooms were big and very clean, and there was a direct view of Mount Etna. It's good value too. The place has its own kind of charm, though quite kitsch. I've stayed in many hotels and almost all have had something disappointing about them. I found this place lovely. The only downside was that the staff didn't speak much English, but these days there are apps for that.

I've stayed at many wonderful four- and five-star hotels, B&Bs, and resorts. Blanc Maison is five-star, without exception. From the arrival instructions and grounds to the construction, decorations, amenities, and even the smell, everything was wonderful and beautiful. A must-stay. Michael

Check-in was easy, the service was good, and the large room had an amazing balcony. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect, and I'd definitely recommend coming here and return myself.

We had a comfy room for our family of four, and the lovely terrace opened onto a beautiful pool area. The breakfast was delicious, and all the staff were very kind and helpful. Marina at reception was especially helpful, and Maria deserves a big thanks for going out of her way to make sure everything was right. Blanc Maison Etna is an excellent B&B for visiting the area around Etna. Having a car is recommended. We highly recommend staying here.
