We spent five days here as a family of four and wished we'd had longer. The grounds are beautiful and full of character, with lots of space for children to run around and plenty of shade. Three other families with kids came too, and each morning the staff set up a special table so all of us could have breakfast together. They were very friendly and helped whenever we had questions or needed anything extra. The property has a slightly worn, overgrown look, but we felt it added to its charm and authenticity. Slavtor, the owner, was a gentleman and shared the history of the place and his family, who have owned it for seven generations. The location worked well for us: the main attractions were within an hour's drive, and shops and restaurants were walkable. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

It's a beautiful spot among the trees, but the neglect is hard to miss. Dry leaves hadn't been cleared, construction debris was scattered around the facilities, and breakfast was very poor. Our family room was small and very dirty, with an unclean floor, grime in the shower, and a terrible lingering smell. Such a lovely place, but it feels abandoned.

We were sorry to leave after two amazing nights at Etna Botanic Gardens, and we're definitely coming back. We loved walking among the Vineyard, citrus plants, pine trees, and flowers, then relaxing by the pool. Salvadore and Marina were incredibly kind and helped us with everything, including advice for our sicilian wedding in September. Chef Anna also taught us wonderful Sicilian Family recipes in a cooking class. I'd highly recommend it if you're staying here!

I'd happily return to this lovely accommodation. The apartments are clean, nicely furnished, and have what you need, though the kitchen could use a few more things, like glasses. The large garden has lots to explore and plenty of thoughtful details. It clearly gets a lot of care, despite what some reviews suggest. Even with several apartments on site, we had plenty of privacy. The pool was clean and spacious, and there are many good restaurants and shops nearby. Huge thanks to the kind staff and operators. It's a really lovely place to visit.
