I spent three days here and, overall, it was a decent stay. The room got very cold in the evenings because the air conditioning didn’t work. The coffee machine also leaked at the back, and they could at least have put in a coffee pod machine instead of one you pay to use. The bathroom was the main letdown. It was shabby, outdated, and not very clean, with worn fixtures. There was a bathtub with a showerhead but no curtain, so water could spill out.

The location was a plus, since it was peaceful and quiet. But during our month-long stay, the very small TV never worked, not even for a day. The living room had a table, cabinet, refrigerator, and microwave, but no sofa or TV to relax with outside of bed. One morning, neither the heating nor hot water worked; after I reported it on WhatsApp, hours passed before anyone replied. Cleaning was meant to happen weekly on weekends, but on the last Monday of our stay the room still hadn’t been cleaned and the garbage was there. They blamed the cleaning lady, which, well, let’s believe it.

For five days, we had just one and a half rolls of low-quality toilet paper. The bathroom was outside the room, which the description hadn't mentioned, and it had no bidet or shower supplies like shampoo or shower gel. There was also a paid coffee machine, but it only made espresso. Cleanliness was barely noticeable. A terrible stay.

I arrived after booking through booking.it and found nobody at the property. I called and sent WhatsApp messages several times without getting a reply. Two hours later, the host got back to me and said he was at work and hadn't been able to answer, then claimed there was no reservation. He spoke rudely and aggressively, and even said he wouldn't refund me because of my behavior. I strongly advise against staying here. Mr. Puglisi, when you make a mistake, you should apologize.
