B&B La Quiete

We spent four nights here in August and had a wonderful time. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. Marianna was a brilliant host, helping us arrange our Capri trip and pointing out places to see around Sorrento. Breakfast was fresh and really good. We took the bus into Sorrento every day. It cost €2 per person, took about 10 minutes, and the times were listed on Google. Buses ran until around 11:30 pm. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

The setting at B&B La Quiete in Massa Lubrense is gorgeous, and the photos don't really capture how lovely it is. It's about a 15-minute bus ride to Sorrento, with tickets costing just €1.60 each way. Marianna and Sigfrido made us feel so welcome, and we loved chatting with them. We'll miss our time there. Marianna and her family were always available, while still giving us plenty of privacy and space. It never felt like too much. We looked forward to the excellent breakfast and coffee every morning. We'd happily stay again if we return, and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Much love to Marianna and family!

The apartment was elegant, cozy, and wonderfully peaceful, with a swimming pool just for us. We also ate very well, with local produce and lots of vegetables and fruit from their organic garden. The owners were warm, cheerful, polite, and helpful, and shared practical tips so we could explore on our own and make the most of the area. The property sits amid the peninsula's characteristic natural landscape, with a convenient position for reaching Sorrento in five minutes, as well as Nerano, Massa, and the Amalfi Coast. We had a great stay. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic experience.

Marianna and Sigfrido are thoughtful, gracious hosts, always easy to reach if you need help and keen to make sure you feel at home. La Quiete is tucked into the hillside, minutes from Sorrento and Massa Lubrense, and feels like a peaceful little escape from the busy streets. The gardens and private pool are beautiful, and the building blends historic character with clean, modern lines. Our stay was comfortable, everything was spotless, and breakfast was generous and delicious. I highly recommend this refined little B&B. I'll be back to see the place and this lovely family again. Part of my heart is still there.
