The garden with lemon trees felt like a perfect reminder of the area, and we had a delicious dinner there. The service was excellent, and we received helpful advice on getting around. Our room was clean and lovely, in a renovated old house; you could tell from the shutters. I especially loved the high ceiling, which made the room feel open and easy to breathe in. The bathroom was modern, and all the facilities were superb.
We stopped by for a drink on the lovely terrace in the lemon grove and tried some local lemon products. Tullio was a very friendly host and offered to show us around the lemon groves and gardens. Maybe bring your husband along for the visit!
A truly beautiful spot, and the food was perfect. Dining there felt unlike anywhere we’ve been before, so we’ve already booked dinner again. We didn't stay overnight, but did see the rooms, and the surroundings looked very peaceful.
The whole place sits beneath lemon trees, with a lovely view of the ocean through the valley, and you can walk to swim in about five minutes. Food is made by hand using ingredients from their own garden. It feels like a family run place, far from a typical hotel, and Tulio, the owner, went out of his way to help us throughout the trip and share local tips we wouldn't have found otherwise. Honestly, just book it, and do it quickly.
A lovely little family run boutique hotel in a small town, just what I was after. The port for Capri is within walking distance. I'd suggest having dinner at the hotel one evening, the setting and view are amazing. One thing to know, there's a very vocal cat that may come by your table looking for tribute.
