Two British tourists arrived at the owner’s hotel with a broken car, and we had an absolute nightmare. His help and kindness eventually got us back on track. Grazie Mille Signore.

Pietro made us feel so welcome. He gave us the best recommendations, helped book tours and buses, and makes the best cappuccinos. The rooms were lovely and very clean, the location was great, and breakfast was delicious. We absolutely loved our stay. Thank you, Pietro, for making our time on the Amalfi coast so wonderful!

The food was tasty, made with fresh ingredients, and well prepared. The room was fine, with furniture in good condition, and the staff were pleasant and polite. Everything felt fair for the relatively low price given the region. I don’t really understand some of the complaints, but people can feel how they feel.

The hotel was clean and the staff were nice. Two small things: there was no air conditioning, and nobody told me breakfast was free, so I nearly missed it.

We stayed here with our family during Ferragosto this year. It’s a quiet spot just steps from Sant'Agata’s main street, where you can get a gelato or coffee. We booked a room as a base for going to the beach. The closest beach is in Nerano, reached by bus or car. The room for four had a fairly spacious bathroom with a low sink, a lit mirror, toilet, bidet, and a shower that was fine for a holiday. If you’re tall or don’t like tight spaces, though, you might not enjoy showering there. The room had one double bed and a bunk bed. I’d ask for the bunk to be secured to the wall or something similar, since it wobbled when we moved and made me worry about falling or hitting the wall. After we got back from the beach, the rooms were clean, towels changed, and bathroom cleaned. The cleaning lady did occasionally forget the bathmat after we showered. Breakfast suited my family and me, with both sweet and savory things: croissants, cakes, fruit, cured meats, cereals, yogurt, and spreads. The owner makes coffee and cappuccinos in the morning and at other times if you ask. Staff were friendly and available, and there’s parking in the garage. The hotel is dated, but good value for what it offers. I highly recommend it. Best regards, Peluso family.
