I booked through air b and b, then the night before check-in she messaged to say she was cancelling. She wouldn't cancel it herself because she'd have to pay a fee, and kept pushing me to cancel instead. Once the time limit passed, I had to contact air b and b support to get them to cancel for her. It was such a hassle to find another place so close to flying with my one-year-old son.
The host was very friendly, and the room was nice, with a little kitchen that was perfect for making coffee. The location is a bit difficult, though fairly close to Sant’Agata. There's a beautiful terrace overlooking the Sorrento gulf and Mount Vesuvius.
Clean place, nice views. I liked it.
