Relais Mamma Mia in Nerano

Relais Mamma Mia in Nerano was the highlight of our Italy trip, and we can’t wait to return. The views, the comfortable villas, and the warm welcome made it a wonderful stay. The property sits on a peaceful hillside overlooking the Mediterranean and the Li Galli islands. It has two villas with clean, modern, spacious interiors, fully equipped kitchens, luxurious bedrooms, and elegant bathrooms. Outside, there’s a private pool, sun terraces, and a garden with olive and lemon trees. Patrizio and Antonella were attentive and welcoming, and hosted a memorable pizza party. The Feeling Italy team also gave excellent local help when requested, arranging tours, boat trips, and transport. The location is close to lovely beaches and good restaurants in the nearby town.

We were eight friends wrapping up a two-week trip through Italy, and the five days we spent in Nerano/Massa Lubrense were incredible. The property has two separate villas, which worked really well for our big group while keeping us together, and the pool looks out over the Mediterranean, mountains, and cliffs. The service started before we arrived, with Antonella checking what our group might need. They arranged private transfers, boat days, reservations, and meals. The host family has several generations of chefs, and the dining was incredible. We had a Pizza Party Night on arrival, so we didn’t have to find somewhere to eat. It’s a must. To finish the trip, they made us a four-course meal using many ingredients from the garden. Antonella, Fabrizio, Carmen, Guiseppe, and the whole Relais Mamma Mia team made us feel at home and like part of the family. Thanks for everything. Five stars, and we’ll be back!

Antonella, Pepe, and Patrizio went out of their way to make us feel like part of the family. They made sure we had what we needed for breakfast and a pizza party, and gave us insider tips on local restaurants and attractions. They were always around to answer questions or help with requests, and we’re already planning to return. The villa at Relais Mamma Mia was stunning, beautifully appointed, and immaculately maintained, with every amenity we could have asked for. The countryside views were breathtaking, and we spent many evenings sipping wine on the expansive terrace as the sun set. My friends and I recently rented this villa in Nerano, Italy. We had a truly special stay, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful villa and gracious hosts.

We had five of us, and the home was much larger than we needed, with space for 12. Everyone had a comfortable private area, and Antonella’s extras made the stay even better. Her family made the property and town feel like home. Our four days could easily have turned into four weeks. When we arrived, we arranged spritz and antipasti, then had a pizza party with eight different pizzas cooked in the wood-fired oven by her father-in-law, a chef of 60 years. On our last night, they made us a final meal that was the crown of the trip: spaghetti nerrano, grilled meats, and a fresh, beautiful salad. The vegetables, olive oil, and limoncello were all homegrown and homemade. My friends and I spent 12 days in Italy, visiting Florence, the Amalfi Coast, and Rome. The stay at Mamma Mia was what made the trip so wonderful. We felt like part of the family and look forward to coming back.
