The studio is quiet and has all the amenities and comforts you need, with a lovely view and parking available. It has a little garden and terrace, and the renovation was done with care, elegance, and thoughtfulness. The welcome was prompt and very kind. The Cathedral of San Cerbone is only a two-minute walk away.

The bedroom window looked right onto the Tuscan hills, and the apartment was spacious, welcoming, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The owner of the bed and breakfast was always available and a truly wonderful person. It's a 5-minute walk from the center of Massa Marittima and a 15-minute drive from Follonica. If you prefer the Tuscan countryside to a beach hotel, this is an excellent choice. We had a great time.

The owner was kind, discreet, and helpful, and even her sweet little dog came to welcome us. The place is in a quiet area, with clean, comfortable accommodation and a beautiful valley view from the room. You can easily walk to the center, so I'd recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Massa Marittima.

That view from our room was beautiful, even though the room itself was small. The owner greeted us warmly and pointed us toward places to eat and see. We spent the weekend there with our son and I’d happily come back with my partner.
