The place could be nice, which makes it a shame, but the photos don't show it truthfully. The rooms were dirty, the furniture old, the heat unbearable, and there were no mosquito nets. I've travelled around quite a bit and stayed in Chapas recently, where I had a better experience. We paid for two nights, but one would have been more than enough. I wouldn't come back. It's nowhere near a 3-star hotel.
