We got around easily on the included bikes, cycling to the beach and town center each day. Charlie the dog was there to greet guests and play, too. Primetta and Illy took such good care of everyone and the service was great. Our room was modern, clean, and roomy, with a terrace where we had a very generous breakfast each morning. A fantastic stay at a great B&B.

The free B&B bikes made it easy to reach the beach and the center of Marina di Massa, and private parking was handy for the car. We had a lovely three-night stay in this beautiful place. The hosts were so friendly and helpful.

It's become our go-to place. Mrs. Primetta pays close attention to what guests need and makes you feel right at home. The rooms are quiet, modern, and have all the comforts. Breakfast is made personally, with fresh, good-quality food. There's free parking, and the setting is away from the busy city center.

The owners are friendly and helpful when you arrive. This little hotel is tucked away in a peaceful garden setting, with parking available. Rooms are spacious, with air conditioning, TVs, and recently updated bathrooms. It's quiet, comfortable, cozy, and clean, and the price is very reasonable. You get a calm stay off the beaten track, with good-sized rooms and the same handy features: air conditioning, TV, and renovated bathrooms. The owners are obliging, and parking is available. A clean, comfortable small hotel at a fair price.
