Cleanliness was exceptional, easily a 10/10. It's one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in. The room was spacious and comfortable, especially the one with two balconies, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We liked the seating area on the balcony, too. The hotel is a bit far from the beach, so bear that in mind if being close to the shore matters to you. Some rooms are between two floors, so the elevator stops either just above or below them, and you have to walk up or down half a flight of stairs. There's also a rooftop viewpoint, which is a nice feature. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The breakfast room is spacious and comfortable. The selection is somewhat limited and not very diverse, but breakfast was pleasant and enough for a light, satisfying start to the day. The rate may be a little high, but the experience and service quality make it worthwhile.

I've stayed here three or four times, I think, on business trips to Massa. I left an important item in my room and they managed to recover it after I'd already left. I really appreciate their honesty and efficiency. The staff were particularly helpful on my most recent day, especially Alessandro. The rooms are newly refurbished and clean, with comfortable beds. Breakfast was decent on my last visit.

Hotel Tiffany is one of my favorite hotels, highly recommended. We had a spacious, air-conditioned room with a balcony, and what I really liked was how well it was cleaned every day. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh orange juice, warm croissants, tasty focaccia breath, scrambled eggs, and good coffee. The staff were very, very helpful and friendly. There are plenty of parking spaces.
