The views are gorgeous, the restaurant prices are reasonable, and it's got that old Italy atmosphere. Best to have a car.

A few months back, I had dinner at this restaurant with one of my most important clients to celebrate a major event. The appetizers were just okay, but the lobster linguine was nothing like it should have been. It came across as a flavorless "Americana," with only a mix of clashing spices to taste. The food feels stuck in the '80s and was poorly prepared. I wouldn't recommend it.

The place feels genuinely welcoming and hospitable. Even the front door is a great touch.

It's a family-run hotel, with really spacious rooms that are beautifully furnished. The food is excellent, and makes the relaxing atmosphere even better.

I stayed one night during the Viareggio float parade. The owners were very kind and ready to share whatever information we needed. The rooms were clean and had a beautiful view. I also had dinner, choosing seafood tasting menu #2. For €45 per person, excluding drinks, it came with an appetizer, first course, second course and dessert. Everything was delicious and there was plenty of it. Recommended!
