The owners were so courteous and friendly, and happy to help whenever we needed anything. Our quadruple room and bathroom were spacious, very clean, and had air conditioning, a fridge, and a TV. Breakfast was delicious, and the property had free private parking right beside it. The B&B is also really handy for the highway and for visiting Viareggio, Camaiore, Forte dei Marmi, and other lovely spots along the Tuscan coast. Everything had been looked after so carefully. I could keep going, but I wholeheartedly recommend giving it a try!

We had a really good stay. The manager was kind and attentive, and we appreciated that pets could stay at no extra charge. The place is simple but lovely, with good cleanliness and an excellent Italian breakfast. Its location is very convenient.

Our room looked onto the inside of the property, so street noise wasn't an issue for us, and the room itself was nice. Still, the facilities are very basic: no fridge or drinking glasses, weak air conditioning, and barely any Wi-Fi once you're above the first floor. It's a B&B on a busy road, and the owner speaks only Italian and didn't seem very friendly. Fine for a night or two.
