The main drawback was communication, since not all the staff spoke English and it could be hard to get things across. Also, beach access covers just one sunchair and one sunbed. If you both want a sunbed, or there are more than two people in the room, an extra one costs 5€ per day. It’s not really about the money, but that kind of surprise fee feels unexpected for a hotel in this category. The room, location, cleanliness, and general condition of the hotel were all very good. It wasn’t too crowded, and the beaches were great. Food was very good quality, a little pricier than elsewhere nearby, but worth it.

It’s a quiet spot with few people and shops, and there’s free parking. San Benedetto del Tronto is about 10 km away, with lots of people, shops, and restaurants, while Ponte Nina, a slightly bigger little town, is about 3 km away. The hotel is new, clean, and very nice, with kind, friendly people and tasty food. The small-stone beach is about 250 m away, around a five-minute walk. Free sunbeds, an umbrella, a toilet, and a playground are available there. A train runs between the hotel and beach about three times an hour.

The service was good, and the staff were really friendly. Everything was super clean and very professional. It was easy to get to all the facilities, and the underground parking was a big plus. Thanks a lot!

The room was calm and really comfortable, with a hillside view. A new chef was serving delicious food. We didn’t try any fish, like all the Italians did, which was surely a mistake.
