Daniele was responsible and helpful with our questions, and even helped us find parking. The location is convenient, close to the center. The place was spotless and tastefully decorated, with plenty of breakfast food and drinks stocked in the fridge and cupboard. Strongly recommend it.

I'm writing again because the owner replied to my original review by saying, "This is a fake review, this person never stayed at my accomodation." I found that really insulting. I did stay here for three nights in September 2024. The location is excellent, and the host was kind and polite. The modern apartment is on the ground floor, with strong air conditioning in both bedrooms, though the thermostat didn't work very well. Parking was a real problem at any time of day or night. We often ended up more than a 10-minute walk away. The kitchen has no windows and is very dark. Some plates and cups were dirty, and there was no microwave. These are my thoughts on the two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment called "Casa Vacanze - In Bocca Ai Sassi".

Lucia and Stefano were absolutely wonderful hosts and made our stay special. The casa vacanze is in a perfect location, and we had an excellent time there. We'd highly recommend it. Thanks again, and all the best, Lina & Diga.

Lucia was so kind and helpful, making sure our stay went perfectly. We visited at the end of 2025 and found the house lovely, clean, and welcoming. I'd highly recommend it to anyone coming to Matera.

The location was excellent, and the rooms felt clean and welcoming. Staff were helpful and the service was excellent. I really appreciated the complimentary toiletries and all the breakfast items left for us. Definitely recommend it.
