Francesca and Gianmarco were such friendly hosts, and the apartments were great. I'd definitely recommend staying here in Matera.

The rooms were spotless and stayed lovely and warm even though it was cold in the region when we visited. Everyone was so friendly and ready to help, and the hosts' hospitality was the best we experienced in Italy. They also suggested places to see and restaurants when we arrived. We had an amazing stay, in a great location, and highly recommend it.

We booked a room but never got to stay, and the whole experience was awful. The communication was terrible, and I was charged because the employee wasn't in the mood to do his job. I'll never choose this place again.

We also had a lovely time at the restaurant Stano, where the meals were delicious, and breakfast at the bar was just as impressive. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, and the location made it easy to reach nearby attractions. Our stay at Meteoron Luxury Rooms was excellent, with impeccable cleanliness that made everything feel comfortable and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

The room was really nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They even had it ready before check-in and let me leave my luggage there. I was in Matera for a conference and stayed one night at Meteoron, which turned out to be the best option for me. I hope I can visit Matera and stay at Meteoron again.
