What we'll remember most is how much care and passion Monica and Marco put into making us feel at home in this magical place. They were magnificent, and we were already thinking about coming back as we said goodbye. We won't have to worry about where to stay next time, because we'd love to return to them and the warm welcome they gave us. Thank you. Everything was perfect, with nothing to complain about. Congratulations, and well done. The luxury home is splendid throughout, right down to the smallest details. Its tasteful furnishings are mesmerizing, and the rooms were meticulously clean.

The breakfast was a real treat, generous and delicious, with Salento specialties and an excellent pasticciotto that was a must. The lovely scents in the common areas and our room made the stay even more pleasant. Monica and Marco made my short weekend in Matino unforgettable. They greeted me with infectious smiles and were always ready to help without ever being intrusive, so I felt at home. The property is beautiful, carefully detailed, and furnished with taste and designer pieces. It was impeccably clean, with a peaceful, harmonious feel throughout. I especially liked the refined fabrics on the cushions and furnishings, both inside and out, and having a choice of pillows, including memory foam, meant I could pick the most comfortable one. My rating? 10 out of 10.

The terraces were the real highlight for us, with views over the rooftops and sunset colors, and a more intimate way of seeing things. We didn't know Matino, the small village 15 minutes from Gallipoli, or that this elegant property was tucked away in its historic center. The village is going through a real renaissance. Agata Salento Luxury Home felt like a discovery within a discovery. Monica and Marco lovingly run the two buildings that make up this scattered hotel, just steps from Via Roma, the town's main street. The suites come in different sizes and are spotless, welcoming, and tastefully furnished. They keep the old-world charm of the stone. The hosts are discreet, but every detail is considered, from the traditional pumi (traditional wooden huts) to the excellent books in the suites and shared spaces. As Apulians, we could feel the deep passion of Monica and Marco, two northerners who chose to invest in a business and, above all, believe in a dream. Their enthusiasm is contagious, and they do everything they can to meet every need. Salento deserves more people like them, who make beauty accessible instead of selling it off.

We felt like royalty for a week. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were quiet. Breakfast was served on a splendid Greek-style terrace. It's a beautiful place, renovated with great taste. Thanks to Monica and Marco for their hospitality.
