B&B Casa Matino

Luigi knows the area well and was attentive and eager to help, both with guests' needs and with advice on places to see and how to get around. The room was clean, centrally located, and had comfortable mattresses and all the essentials. Breakfast at the café next door was excellent. Highly recommend.

Luigi, who manages the B&B, gave us such a warm welcome and was happy to help. The rooms are spacious, bright, and fresh. It's right in the heart of Mattinata, and I'd recommend it to families, couples, or solo travelers. You'll make friends for sure! Thanks for everything.

We got a very reasonable price through Booking.com, about €45 a night for a double room with breakfast. I can't really comment on the breakfast itself, since we had to leave before it was set up and barely used it. The room was spacious and clean, and the wine bar downstairs is where to ask if you need anything. We didn't have a hairdryer, but they brought one when we asked. It's right in the center, overlooking Via Amicarelli, where we found free evening parking. On weekends, live music plays in the alley below.

The room was clean, and the location is great, but I'd only recommend it to very young people. It's above a club, so music goes on late, followed by the staff making noise as they clean up. Breakfast was poor, served at a cafeteria-style table with cellophane-wrapped plates that looked unhygienic and unpleasant. The owner was kind, helpful, and attentive. He may be young and inexperienced, but with a few improvements, I think he could make the business a real asset to Mattinata.
