We planned on just one night, but the campsite and beach were so beautiful that we stayed longer. The pitches are spacious, some trees give good shade, and everyone was really nice and helpful.

Great bar, a well-stocked little market, and very friendly staff and owner. There’s even a fridge for campers. The pitches have plenty of shade from all the trees, and it’s close to the beach and famous caves. A perfect spot in Gargano National Park. Highly recommend.

As of June 2025, the facilities are excellent: plenty of clean, modern showers, toilets and basins. WiFi and electricity are available too. It’s an easy walk to the beach, and it feels like a dream.

The location is great, and there are excellent spots for parking a van or motorhome, or setting up a tent. But the facilities are very basic and need modernising, especially the showers and toilets. We tried to order something from the bar, which had a menu with prices displayed, but they refused to serve us a meal. At 47 euros for one night, the price felt really high for the condition of the campsite.

Camping Vignanotica has the relaxed, clean, well-equipped stay and genuinely friendly service that make for a great beach break. It’s in one of my favorite spots in Europe, too.
