The kitchen had everything we needed, and the rooms were clean. The bathroom was basic but well organized. We stayed for a week as a family and had a great time. There’s a free beach 150 meters from the house and a private one 250 meters away. The town is only a five-minute drive, with a supermarket, bars, and restaurants nearby too. Our kind host let us leave the car under the carport after our 10:00 AM checkout, so we could spend the morning at the beach and use the outdoor shower behind the house afterward. We highly recommend it.

The location is beautiful, and the owners are friendly, helpful, and ready to deal with any problems that come up. It’s a shame the lack of soundproofing makes it hard to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The manager was really friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and comfortable. We liked the pebbly beach, too. We’ll come back.

The pillows were decidedly hard and uncomfortable, and there weren’t any road signs. Aside from that, it’s a lovely, clean, quiet place just a few steps from the beach and the town of Mattinata.

Biagio and the whole staff were genuinely kind, and the Saracen beach was top-notch. The apartments among the olive trees were clean and comfortable, with the sea just a few minutes away. There were perhaps too many mosquitoes, and a small CRT TV instead of satellite TV could be an issue. Still, we came away with a positive impression.
