We spent a lovely four nights here for our honeymoon. The grounds were beautifully kept, and the gardens were a highlight. At night we could sit under the pergola and hear the Eurasian Scops Owl, which was a special experience for us. Our room was clean, pretty, and had everything we needed and more. We also spent three days at the lovely, relaxing spa. I liked the pool bar with its stools in the water, though signing a payment slip with wet hands was a little awkward. Breakfast was good quality and had plenty to choose from: local food, fresh fruit, eggs, pancakes, good coffee, and nothing over the top. The restaurant terrace was a lovely place to start the day. The food at the restaurant was very good, though with a rental car we found places in Torretta Granittola, Mazara del Vallo, and Marsala that did better on price, quality, and quantity. This is a culinary hotspot with strong competition, so it would be nice if the hotel could match the best restaurants nearby. Everyone was friendly and ready to help. When I came back from a walk in an off-road area with a thorn scratch, they immediately gave me disinfectant spray. I left a shopping bag at a restaurant in town, and the manager phoned the chef, who even brought it to the hotel. I don't remember all the staff names, but they were all very nice and professional. Salvatore, our daily waiter, was especially attentive, sweet, and funny. Grace gave me a skillful, very good massage, shared personal stretching tips, and went above and beyond to find a piece of my earring that I'd lost through my own fault. We also enjoyed the spa three days during our stay. The hotel was a really nice, luxurious honeymoon experience. The location does need a rental car to enjoy fully. We arranged ours ourselves through a third party and ended up with USave, which was a complete rip-off and a very poor experience. Maybe the hotel could be more proactive about arranging or helping with car hire, though I may simply have missed what options were available. My strong recommendation to other guests is to use well-known rental companies and keep your eyes open. Thanks for a great honeymoon, you really made it a wonderful experience!

We loved every minute, thank you 🙏 The bed was one of the best I've slept in while travelling. The hotel and SPA are stunning, and every member of staff was so friendly and gave outstanding service. Breakfast was superb, as was all the food we had during our stay, including the delicious cocktails.

The rooms were perfect, and the grounds were beautiful and very well kept. We had a wonderful stay at this absolutely stunning hotel, and the spa was awesome. The food needs work. We tried lots of dishes at dinner and didn't truly enjoy any of them. I ordered a pizza at the pool bar and they swapped basil for mint. Strange choice. If they were out of basil, they should have just said so. It wouldn't have been good anyway. There was also a sewer issue. When we visited the spa, the whole ground floor smelled of sewer gas, enough to notice, but we still enjoyed the spa. The staff seemed a little cold, though they were polite.

We stayed for 11 nights, and the resort was wonderful. The staff were kind and lovely. Everything was very clean and well maintained, from the modern, spacious rooms to all the beautiful areas around the hotel, including the restaurant, bar, pool, and garden. There's a lovely beach too. We chose half board and had a good range of food, with daily suggestions to add variety while keeping the quality up. Breakfast was great as well, with homemade pastries that changed every day. The spa is exceptional and a must for anyone who enjoys that sort of thing, even if they usually don't. With a car, the location is great for visiting Palermo, Erice, Favignana, the Valley of Temples, Selinunte, and other places easily, if you don't mind driving in Palermo! There's no doubt this is among the best resorts in Italy. Family Sandras
