Vincenzo really makes the stay. He's a true gentleman and goes out of his way to help make a visit to Mazara unforgettable. The apartments are clean, nicely furnished, and have comfortable beds and everything you need. This was another great stay.

We spent eight nights in July 2023, with our group spread across three suites and apartments. Having secure parking right there was reassuring, and the town centre and other amenities were only a short walk away. It's a great base for exploring the island's southwest. Everything was spotless and so well kept that the rooms and facilities felt almost new. The apartments had all we needed, including comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, and good air conditioning. Vincenzo was a great host, knew the area well, and gave us some excellent recommendations. I'm very glad we found this place and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Vincenzo and Volturno3 were among the best parts of my four-week holiday. I felt as comfortable as at home, while also feeling especially well looked after. I'd love to come back for a longer stay and use the place as a base for exploring Western Sicily. The property is unusually high quality for Sicily: new construction, modern design, spacious rooms, lovely furniture and tilework, and a full kitchenette. Everything was clean and comfortable, and there was laundry and parking on site for an extra fee. Vincenzo, his wife, and their family have made something special here. He was a wonderful host, and his restaurant tips were consistently excellent, from upscale seafood places to local cafes, for the food, drinks, experience, and value. He was also great company, and I enjoyed hearing about Mazara del Vallo, his family's background, and how they brought their vision for the hotel to life.

During our visit to see family, my husband and I stayed at Volturno3, and it's one of the best kept and most hospitable hotels we've ever stayed in. Vincenzo brought breakfast to us each morning and kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. When he noticed my birthday fell during the stay, he even brought Italian pastries to our room. Fantastic stay. We'll tell friends and family about it before our next trip.
