Golden Park Resort

We felt welcome from the start, and the whole team was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Every request was met with a smile. We’re already looking forward to coming back to the Golden Park Resort in the Dolomites. The wellness area was a highlight, with a spacious whirlpool for 6-8 people, dry and steam saunas, hot and cold showers, and a big relaxation area with tea, water, and small snacks. Tatiana and Fabio did a great job at the bar, and Andrea prepared the wellness area and took great care of us. The lobby was beautiful and cozy, just right for relaxing after skiing. A special thanks to Marco, who drove us right to the ski lift every morning between 8-10 am and collected us again in the afternoon between 3-5 pm. He was fast and well organized, like a friend, and we were always among the first on the slopes. Max and Zoran greeted us warmly at reception, and we could go straight to our room on the 2nd floor. There’s an elevator, though we didn’t need it. Breakfast was lovely and well prepared. Daiana and Fabio looked after everything and made excellent coffee. The room service and the women working in the kitchen deserve thanks too, the stay wouldn’t have been the same without all they do behind the scenes. We arrived in the snow, but the entrance had already been cleared and we could get into the garage easily. Taking off our ski box was no problem either, even though that’s common in the area. There was enough room in the garden to build a whole family of snowmen, which made it even more special. Thank you all for an unforgettable ski trip.

We stayed as a group for four nights and had a wonderful time. What made the biggest difference was Giorgio and his team, who went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed from the moment we arrived. Giorgio was warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, with stunning views to wake up to, and the food was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Highly, highly recommended!

I’ve travelled all over Europe, and this hotel and its staff are amazing. Giorgio, the owner, is so welcoming, always smiling, and ready to help with anything. The rest of the team are lovely and efficient too. All the facilities are new, clean, and really well maintained, and breakfast is great. Highly recommend!

We had a pretty good stay. The rooms were spacious, the staff were nice, and both breakfast and the spa were great.
