The apartments are comfortable, and the kitchen has everything except a microwave and large mugs. There were no cleaning supplies in either the kitchen or bathroom, such as soap, dishwashing liquid or tablets, or a sponge, so bring some or buy them at the nearby coop. Inside stays warm even when it's freezing outside. There's underground parking, which is very handy, but after heavy snow getting out can be tricky because the exit is steep and has a 90-degree bend. Guests can also park outside for free. Check-in is at the nearby hotel flora alpina, where you get a keycard for the doors, garage, and ski room, plus another for the waste bins. Each requires a 10€ deposit. In the basement there's a washing machine and a ski room with a boot dryer.

In a very quiet area, the residence feels beautiful and intimate. I'd happily repeat the experience.
