B&B San Martino

The property itself is lovely, welcoming, and spotless, which makes this experience especially disappointing. We’ve been coming here for years and have always paid on time, in advance. A few days ago, though, I politely raised a concern about the woman managing the place. She was arrogant, irritable, imprecise, and not helpful, and then shouted angrily at me over the phone, saying I’d been taken off the B&B’s accepted guest list. She directed harsh words at me for no reason. I’m truly sorry, because the place deserves better. If you stay, you’ll likely enjoy it, but be patient with her. She can be demanding, and communicating with her can be stressful.

The 16th-century villa made our pre-wedding photos fantastic. A big thank you to Simona, such a wonderful, kind woman who’s always smiling.

The location made everything easy to get to, since the bed and breakfast is right in the center of town. Mrs. Simona was friendly and helpful when she welcomed me, and gave me great suggestions for local services and restaurants. I spent two days and two nights at this fantastic place, and the elegant rooms were arranged and furnished with so much care. Everything was spotless, with attention paid to the details, so my stay felt really pleasant and relaxing. Breakfast was just as impeccable, with something to suit different nationalities and tastes. I found a romantic little place I’d happily recommend to anyone staying nearby, and I’ll definitely come back. I hope I can return soon.
