Agriturismo Karrares

Elia made us feel like guests in her home from the moment we arrived, and that warm, genuine welcome is what made the stay so memorable. We also enjoyed an hour of chromotherapy in the Jacuzzi tub with an aperitif and their signature rustic dish. The Karrares farmhouse is a peaceful spot in the heart of Salento, with welcoming, spotless rooms, a well-kept setting, and a generous breakfast full of authentic flavors. We'll definitely be back.

Breakfast was generous and varied each day, with local products and traditional homemade desserts. This is a clean, pleasant, family-run place, and its location makes it easy to reach some of Salento's best beaches in just a few minutes.

Mrs. Elia was incredibly kind, and we want to thank her, Elona, and Artur especially. The beautiful landscape, spotless rooms, and plentiful, excellent breakfasts made this an exceptional stay. We'd definitely come back.

The breakfasts were unforgettable, especially the pasticciotto and other typical Salento sweets that Elia and Jason made with fresh, natural ingredients. We spent 10 nights here, a few kilometers from Torre Sant'Andrea and Torre dell'Orso, and were so happy with our stay that we cried when it was time to say goodbye. Elia and her son Jason welcomed us like family from the start and were always there with suggestions for beaches, restaurants, and places to visit, as well as support throughout the trip. The agriturismo sits among greenery with plenty of room to relax. We also tried the jacuzzi beside the breakfast room. It costs extra, but the hour of chromotherapy with an aperitif was well worth it and helped us unwind before the trip home. Elia and Jason's advice and hospitality helped make our visit to Salento excellent.
