The garden is lovely, with a big pergola, a barbecue, and covered parking. The villa is elegant and very well cared for, with every comfort, and it’s newly built. It sits across from a nice pine forest and only a short walk from the sea.

The outdoor area was nicely furnished, and the hosts were very friendly. The house is also in a great spot, just 200 meters from the sea. Still, at CHF 2500 for a week, I expected much more for the price. The bedrooms have no air conditioning, so in summer it was almost impossible to fall asleep without keeping the door open. There was just one air conditioner in the whole house, and it wasn’t much use. The living room and kitchen are very small. The extractor fan didn’t work, the gas stove’s igniter was broken so we had to light it with a lighter, and one of the four burners didn’t work. There’s no dishwasher, the Wi-Fi is very poor, all the outdoor sun loungers were broken, and the television is tiny for a villa. For me, the value for money just isn’t there.
