There’s loads of space at this fantastic farmhouse, including a big garden and pool. We’ve been coming back for over 10 years. The owners and housekeepers are so welcoming and can’t do enough for you. Our favourite summer holiday.
Masseria Scorpiti is an incredible place for a family holiday. It’s set among olive groves, with bars and restaurants within walking distance and the beach a 15 min drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped, and Alessandro arranged breakfast for me and 7 guests at a very reasonable price. Check-in and check-out were easy, and Alessandro and his housekeeper Lauri were very easy to communicate with. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Absolutely unbelievable!
The garden and enormous shared pool made the masseria a lovely place to unwind, and there are plenty of paths through the olive trees just beyond the walls. We stayed last July in the family suite, up in the tower, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a relaxation area. It was furnished with great taste while still fitting the local style and traditions. Breakfast and room cleaning came with the B&B stay. There were always fresh local foods for breakfast and mid-afternoon snacks, and the owners arranged an on-site dinner made with local ingredients. They were also great at suggesting beaches and their facilities, and helped us book dinners at traditional restaurants away from the tourist trail. The owners were staying there too and made us feel so welcome. We can’t recommend the place enough. We’ll definitely return. Monica
